What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex via telephone, in person, or through internet/email
- Accurately complete necessary documentation, letters, and forms processing
- Research and resolve issues/complaints and determine appropriate resolutions
- Educate and influence customers on the value and benefits of the employer's products and services
- Maintain current knowledge of Customer Service policies, procedures, and product information to respond accurately to inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One to two years of customer service experience in handling moderate to complex customer inquiries
- Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and/or overnight
- Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic internet browser settings
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use appropriate discretion and judgment in applying customer service guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industries
- Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills
