      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via emails, live chats, and phone calls promptly and professionally
      - Contribute to the efficiency of the software support department and assist team members as needed
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on the platform, confidently addressing customer issues
      - Troubleshoot technical problems while maintaining strong communication with customers
      - Identify, test, and escalate website issues to Quality Assurance as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience providing high-level customer service, preferably in a technology environment or call center
      - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
      - Familiarity with both Microsoft and Mac platforms
      - Experience using various web browsers
      - Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
