      - Salary guaranteed base rate of $23 per hour plus performance-based commissions of $300–$600 per month

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service during each call with customers
      - Contribute to the achievement of customer service KPIs, including call time and customer satisfaction
      - Handle high call volume through inbound, outbound, email, and chat support
      - Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to enhance service quality
      - Act as a liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong empathy and customer-centric mindset
      - Growth mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and adapt
      - Reliable network connectivity with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps
      - Ability to work with technology and systems including Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, and Chrome
      - Availability for an 8-hour shift including rotating Saturdays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or support roles
      - Familiarity with hearing care or health technology
      - Previous experience working remotely
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop tailored solutions for customers
      - Active participation in team-oriented projects or initiatives
