What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for aftermarket MRO and spares orders directly with Airlines and MRO facilities
- Manage and resolve inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand for customers
- Communicate with customers to provide information about products and manage accounts
- Process and monitor customer issues from initiation to closure using CRM & ERP systems
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate communication of customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for information management
- Proven experience managing the life cycle of customer orders from entry to shipment
- Experience with customer account management and related business processes
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by the employer

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry
- Knowledge of IT & Analytics
- Understanding of Shipping & Logistics operations
- Experience in resolving customer complaints
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
