What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elicit, write, and communicate business requirements between development and clients to design and implement business solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and mockups
- Perform requirements gathering and business analysis using various techniques, including gap analysis and business process modeling
- Serve as a liaison between internal operations and the software development team
- Maintain existing content and ensure it is updated in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering and preparation of functional specifications
- Proven understanding of the full software development lifecycle from planning to implementation and maintenance
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UI mockups
- Understanding of the judicial/court process
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives and subject matter experts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Experience in a fast-paced professional office environment
