What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with members using an online chat platform to provide exceptional customer service
- Assist members with their accounts and resolve general issues related to the app
- Guide members on maximizing their Premium Memberships and provide relevant resources
- Escalate technical issues to the engineering team and relay solutions to members
- Draft support articles and contribute to creating member tutorials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Interest in personal finance and helping others manage their money
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to empathize with members and provide meaningful solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying issues
- Previous customer service experience in a B2C tech company is a plus
