What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee daily activities of the customer support team to ensure timely and quality work completion
- Monitor and review communications between representatives and customers
- Manage escalated issues and provide guidance to resolve them

- Support staff development through performance management and training initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma
- 3-4 years of experience in a high-volume payroll role with customer-facing responsibilities
- Knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll and benefit laws
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in customer support or related field
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Flexibility and strong customer service orientation
