What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Technical Support Analyst in triaging and resolving inbound customer issues, including documentation and communication
- Develop and execute standardized support processes and best practices for the customer support function
- Build and foster a customer-first culture by hiring, training, and mentoring support team members
- Implement a data-driven approach to monitor and improve key performance metrics
- Evaluate and implement the latest support technologies to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support or success management role in a SaaS or health tech environment
- Proficiency with HubSpot Help Desk functionality or experience with similar support platforms like Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and implement improvements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with emerging AI/chatbot technologies
- Prior experience with provider-facing technology, EHR integrations, or enterprise health systems
- Basic understanding of SQL and experience with production software databases
