What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead daily activities of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks with attention to detail
- Monitor and review calls and correspondence between representatives and customers
- Manage escalated issues and provide direction to the team
- Ensure representatives are informed about changes to company products and services
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, and providing ongoing training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma
- 3-4 years of experience in a high-volume payroll role with customer-facing responsibilities
- Knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll/benefit laws
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience, including 1+ year of management experience
- Experience in a customer support or service environment
