What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat
- Complete assigned projects from the support manager
- Identify and resolve customer issues using the HireVue system
- Follow up on customer inquiries and document trends or issues
- Complete call logs and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Positive attitude and drive for continuous improvement
- Expert reading and writing skills
- Proficient with technology and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- 2+ years of customer service experience, technical support experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Flexible schedule for 24/7 customer support
- Must be a US citizen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience communicating with customers
- Technical support experience
- Knowledge of hiring processes and technology
