      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer support to banking clients through various channels
      - Assist clients in understanding and navigating software products, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
      - Troubleshoot technical, finance, and accounting issues for customers
      - Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
      - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in client workflows and provide recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in client support or a similar customer-facing role
      - Finance and/or accounting knowledge
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and professionalism
      - SQL Database understanding - able to write simple queries

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools
      - Experience with Azure DevOps and APIs
      - Understanding of software implementation and integration processes
      - Familiarity with Trade Finance regulations and compliance in the banking sector
