What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service by answering inbound calls and assisting members through various communication channels
- Conduct needs assessments to identify member requirements and provide appropriate education and guidance
- Verify member eligibility for services and record requests in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the Research Team to connect members with relevant resources
- Maintain adherence to performance metrics to ensure high-quality member satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 2-4+ years of client service experience, ideally in a human services field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with high emotional intelligence
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPI benchmarks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to exercise independent judgment and discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional or internship experience in social work, public health, education, or related fields
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changes and new information
