      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for solar installation companies, sales representatives, and homeowners with inquiries via phone and email
      - Assist solar sales representatives with tasks such as updating CRM records and amending quotes
      - Support EPCs by managing portal access and personnel updates
      - Resolve inquiries promptly or escalate to the appropriate internal resource when necessary
      - Generate and send routine customer-facing documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of professional experience
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple inquiries with excellent time management
      - Experience in customer service or call center support, preferably in the solar or energy sector
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with solar financing products and services (PPAs, loans, leases, etc.)
      - Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs); familiarity with IR tools and CRM systems
      - Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational growth
      - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of working under tight deadlines
      - Positive attitude and proactive approach to teamwork
