What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review customer applications for various student loan programs to ensure completion and accuracy
- Handle processing, reporting, and correspondence requests related to student loans
- Adhere to applicable client requirements, policies, and federal and state regulations
- Complete tasks in a productive data entry environment while meeting quality assurance expectations
- Assist with borrower program concerns and report compliance issues to leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- 12 months of experience in administrative support and in a business environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must be a US Citizen and not in default on any Federal Student Loans
- Qualified applicants must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 months of experience working on a student loan contract or in a Call Center
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
- Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy
