      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review customer applications for federal student loan programs for completion and accuracy
      - Process, report, and correspond on student loan requests while adhering to client requirements and regulations
      - Complete tasks in a productive data entry/processing environment while meeting quality assurance expectations
      - Maintain borrower account servicing through internal requests and email correspondence
      - Ensure high levels of privacy and security while providing exceptional customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required
      - Minimum of 12 months experience in administrative support
      - Minimum of 12 months computer experience in a business environment
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
      - Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - 12 months of experience working on a student loan contract
      - 12 months of experience working in a Call Center
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
      - Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for completion and accuracy
