      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive, sort, and prepare responses for incoming mail and packages
      - Review and process customer applications for various student loan programs
      - Maintain high productivity in a data entry/processing environment while adhering to quality assurance standards
      - Provide exceptional customer service and support for borrower inquiries and account adjustments
      - Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated on federal and state laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required
      - 12 months of experience in administrative support and computer use in a business environment
      - Ability to work independently and unsupervised in an office setting
      - Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
      - Qualified applicants must reside within a 75-mile radius of Lowell, AR

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 12 months of experience working in a Call Center or on a student loan contract
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote)
      - Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy
