Job Description

Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and phone.
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
Call customers to renew their subscriptions, up-sell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback
Input sales orders, payments, and help customer activate their service
Update client accounts to maintain data integrity
Troubleshoot technical customer issues with service activation and operation
Fluent in Portuguese and English required; Fluent in Spanish preferred
Excellent communication skills
A warm, approachable, outgoing manner
Able to uncover customer needs and pair them with appropriate solutions
Skilled in outbound customer calls to solicit subscription renewals
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet tools and internet browsers
Technical expertise preferred
Experience in a customer service position preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Some overtime/weekend work required during peak season (March-June; September-December).
