      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a liaison between customers and manufacturing plants, providing process assistance
      - Troubleshoot and analyze materials for customers to resolve issues
      - Provide training on TC packaging equipment, including installation and setup
      - Document customer issues and resolutions while managing relationships with the sales team
      - Conduct general preventative maintenance and repairs on TC packaging equipment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in packaging, engineering, or comparable work experience in flexible packaging production or maintenance
      - 5 – 10 years of experience in flexible packaging production/maintenance or packaging machine production/maintenance
      - Strong knowledge of the flexible packaging process from production to shipping
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing
      - Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machine issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the flexible packaging industry and/or meat/cheese/pet food packaging
      - Previous experience in a manufacturing organization
      - Knowledge of the printing and converting industry and equipment
