      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Log and classify all calls and requests for assistance in the call tracking database
      - Respond to customer inquiries related to technical issues with software and electronic products
      - Filter and escalate inquiries as appropriate, ensuring timely resolution
      - Proactively communicate with customers regarding inquiry status and resolutions
      - Follow procedures to ensure effective issue resolution on first contact whenever possible

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
      - Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to actively listen and comprehend complex technical issues
      - Call center experience preferred

      - Experience in customer service within a technical support environment
      - Familiarity with software and electronic product troubleshooting
