      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Log and classify all calls and requests for assistance in the call tracking database
      - Respond to customer inquiries relating to technical issues with software and electronic products
      - Filter and escalate inquiries as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
      - Track inquiry resolution progress and proactively update customers with status or resolutions
      - Follow procedures to resolve issues, aiming to address as many queries as possible on the first call

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
      - Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to actively listen and comprehend complex technical issues
      - Call center experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a technical support role
      - Familiarity with customer service best practices
      - Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
      - Ability to maintain a positive service attitude in challenging situations
