- Bachelors Degree in a business field or related area of study.
- 3+ years of experience in: field sales, internal sales or customer marketing.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time while in role.
- Help support an organizational capability in customer centricity, enable the sales team for selling and executional success, and represent the voice of customer/sales internally.
- Bring company and category strategies to life in the marketplace via strong working relationships with sales teams and critical customers.
- Influence future innovation pipeline & programs based on channel insights.
- Provide key analysis in facilitating new item distribution forecasts by channel / customer.
- Drive sales plans around assortment, merchandising, pricing and shelving for our brands, monitoring and assisting in the delivery of top-line and bottom line commitments from sales perspective.
- Assist in planning, development and presentation of sales & brand materials at all key Trade Shows and Customer Collaboration Planning sessions , ensuring our sales strategies and brand initiatives are well represented.
- Lead the development of high quality and fact-based Selling Stories and Ready to Sell (RTS) materials.

Job Description:
The Customer Trade Marketing Manager serves as the liaison between Marketing & Sales teams providing the "Voice of the Customer" within the internal organization while serving as "Voice of the Brands" to our customers and external partners. The Customer Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving brand performance at our customers. This role is part of a boarder marketing team consisting of Customer, Consumer, and Shopper marketing. You’ll serve as a strategic thought partner for the sales team as they generate joint business plans with key customers. They must be skilled with turning insights into opportunities and influencing customers to support the growth of our Mars Products.
