What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to identify ongoing training needs
- Develop and deliver training modules and workshops for field-based employees
- Conduct field co-travels and provide coaching feedback to enhance training effectiveness
- Assist sales and clinical team members in developing product knowledge and selling skills
- Manage reporting requirements to support employee training and development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field, including 5 years in Sales, Clinical, or Training in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of diabetes disease state and pump technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Field Sales Training experience preferred for internal candidates
- Appropriate certifications in professional education or training methods
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent presentation skills for engaging participants in various settings
- Proficient in PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
