What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the operations team to provide optimal services to clients in alignment with their goals
- Manage financial and data processes, including payment requests and budget reconciliation
- Coordinate attendee experience, including registration and on-site support
- Provide training and onboarding services for account associates
- Assist Event Experience Managers with congress meetings and related logistics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the meetings industry, specifically in operations
- Proficient in Cvent and knowledgeable about virtual and hybrid event options
- Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time, including internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pharma experience is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a virtual office environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with database management programs like Lanyon and Cvent
