What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personalized case consultations and case design services to agents, aligning strategies with clients' goals
- Design customized estate and business planning cases to address client planning needs
- Present advanced planning concepts in webinars and agent study groups, serving as a subject matter expert
- Develop new content for the advanced planning library and collaborate with peers on case design
- Lead initiatives related to changing laws and new company products, fostering collaboration across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in advanced market planning
- Juris Doctor degree required
- Proven experience presenting complex advanced planning techniques to clients and advisors
- Detailed knowledge of life insurance products and their application in high-net-worth planning
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience integrating financial planning concepts with estate and business planning strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Familiarity with life insurance taxation and funding mechanisms such as split dollar and premium financing
