Job Description:
CVS Processing Tech supports the planning and execution of Commissioning through the Start-up of business development projects in terms of development, launch execution, and post-launch evaluation. CVS Processing Tech will partner with the CVS Manager to support all Commissioning, Validation, and Start-up activities for specified projects.

The CVS Processing Tech will be a multi-skilled processing associate responsible for achieving maximum efficiency of our processing area whilst ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained. The CVS processing tech will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the processing areas.
What are we looking for?
Strong understanding of factory processes in Receiving, Batching, Milling, ExtrusionStrong analytical and communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to transfer procedures and training experiences to others
A comprehensive understanding of the CVS process, lean thinking methodology, and their application to the site environment is preferred
The candidate must be willing to travel to other Royal Canin sites to gain knowledge of how to operate and maintain the packaging line equipment
Knowledge in extrusion equipment processing is preferred but not required
What will be your key responsibilities?
The Support project team in the commissioning, validation, and start-up of equipment and processes on the site.
Transfer equipment knowledge & operation through factory-directed training or personal hands-on training.
Accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipment.
Create Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for equipment and processes on the site
