Job Description
- Req#: R10739
- Provides reporting ad hoc for business operations.
- Monitor and send recurring reports for business area and conducts basic level testing.
- Follow best practices for gathering data in order to ensure an accurate and repeatable process.
- Performs modifications on existing reports based on changing business requirements.
- Collects data to be later analyzed.
- Monitor reporting environments for performance issues and collaborates with higher level for troubleshooting.
- Review the existing reports and validate the need for existing and new reports.
- Degree program(s) / Current Status: Junior or senior level undergraduate, Master's level or recent graduate in desired area of Information Management Systems, Computer Science, and Business Administration or related degree.
- Cumulative GPA: 3.0+ GPA preferred; minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SQL preferred.
- Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities
- Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment and team-oriented.
- Undergraduates must be able to work 20 hours per week during the spring and fall semesters and 30-35 hours per week during the summer.
