      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Oversee the performance and workflow of the travel call center agent team
      - Provide support, coaching, and guidance to team members
      - Ensure operational performance goals and standards are met
      - Monitor and assess inbound calls for quality and compliance
      - Conduct team meetings, provide updates on best practices, and administer corrective action when needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Travel experience required
      - 1 or more years of call center agent experience with leadership experience
      - Strong leadership attributes and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Ability to take initiative and problem-solve
      - Reside within 2 hours of Orlando, FL
