What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enhance, manage, and maintain the educational and growth program within the cybersecurity department
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and corporate teams to identify learning needs and goals
- Design learning tracks and goal-setting frameworks for cyber associates to ensure successful skill acquisition
- Create engaging content for training sessions, including phishing simulations and online learning modules
- Monitor employee participation and performance in training programs, analyzing results for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of security awareness and training experience
- 8+ years of experience in learning and development, program management, or training
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles and security awareness principles
- Proven experience designing learning programs or rotational programs
- Excellent organizational and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in hiring and onboarding processes is a plus
- One or more of the following certifications: Security+, CISM, GSEC, GISF, PMP
- Master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field
