      In this position...

      • Work with Product Cyber to define Customer Identity and Access Mgt (IAM) policies for fleet / commercial (Establish clear IAM policies that are specifically designed for third parties, policies align with the organization's broader security strategy while allowing Ford Pro to do business as a SaaS provider).
      • Work with Enterprise Cyber GRC team, Internal Control, Model E Ford Telematics to drive ISO 27001 certification efforts.
      • Collaborate across Ford Pro Tech, Information Tech Operations (ITO), Enterprise Architecture, Model E and Enterprise Cyber Security organizations.

      Qualifications

      You'll have...

      • Bachelor's degree in business, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Engineering field
      • Lots of Energy
      • 2+ years of systems engineering, software engineering, security architecture, product delivery, cyber security
      • Knowledge of token management and Identity/Access Mgt strategies
      • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making.
      • Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and business partners.

      Even better, you may have...

      • Strong working knowledge of Info Sec policy, global purchasing policies and process, GRC component assessment, controls testing, etc.
      • Working knowledge of a variety of regulations, control frameworks, and requirements, such as SOX, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001.
      • Working knowledge of API Security.
      • Strong understanding of Security Engg concepts around key management, authorization, etc.
      • Certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.)

      Responsibilities

      What you'll do...

      • Work with legal and privacy experts to improve contractual language, Information Security Policies and operational support models to establish Ford Pro operating as a SaaS provider.
      • Collaborate across Ford Pro Tech, Information Tech Operations (ITO), Enterprise Architecture, Model E and Enterprise Cyber Security organizations.
      • Work with key product teams in Ford Pro Tech to drive alignment and prioritization of security efforts related with IAM.
      • Leverage your knowledge of Ford policies, solutions and bring in best practices in industry to drive secure solutions, process and documentation.
      • Bring together your expertise within Ford and how that can be implemented within the Ford Pro Tech space to enable secure speed to market.
      • Partner with Enterprise Cyber and Product Cyber Security teams to improve experiences.

      Partner with Office of General Counsel (OGC), General Auditors Office (GAO) and Internal Control teams, as needed.
