- Strong, collaborative team of energetic and experienced security experts
- Collaborate with Cyber Security team to identify and evaluate the top risks to the organization and the changes in behaviour that would mitigate them.
- Establish and maintain an understanding of employee awareness across the organization.
- Works with business units to tailor information security training and awareness materials to improve outcomes.
- Manage effective, targeted, awareness training, and create communications and awareness materials that ensures employees, and third parties understand, acknowledge, and fulfil their information security responsibilities.
- Ensure information security training, communications and awareness are engaging and influences change in employee behaviour.
- Continuously improve upon existing materials to keep campaigns fresh and engaging.
- Strategic thinker who can think outside of the box and provide dynamic communications
- Identify training and development opportunities for teammates based on their roles and associated risk
- Liaise with Learning & Development and Communications teams to develop and continually improve and evolve our company’s cyber security culture
- Monitor and provide program metrics to management to be used in measuring program effectiveness and determine direction
- An undergraduate degree in computer science, management information systems, or other relevant education
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, paired with a passion for collaboration
- Demonstrated experience in developing security culture and enablement initiatives, delivering training programs, and facilitating culture change
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills associated with Cyber Security
- Bilingual is an asset.
- 1+ years experience in an IT role.
- Experience in graphic design.

You are a builder, influencer, and change agent
In this exciting role, you will be an Analyst, Cyber Culture and Enablement (CC&E) within the Cybersecurity organization. This position reports to the Manager of Cyber Culture and Enablement and will be responsible for individual and collaborative work to effectively execute a broad set of activities, including drafting publications, management of SharePoint content, curating communications content, creating infographics, as well as assisting in the planning of awareness and educational events. You will be part of a diverse team responsible for executing all program initiatives on time. The role is accountable for working directly with security, technology, and business groups to build and promote a positive security culture across the organization. This includes engaging with the business to identify and assess security training requirements. You will leverage subject matter expertise to develop training programs and work with experts to leverage knowledge based on industry frameworks (NIST, ISO etc.)
