What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support all authorization package ACAS-related tasks assigned to ISSEs and NQVs, ensuring compliance with Navy Testing Guidance and RMF Process Guide
- Perform 90 Day Baseline Scans for each Authorization package and provide Detailed Vulnerability List (DVL) Reports
- Conduct weekly and "As Needed" ACAS scans to support RMF processes and continuous monitoring for authorized packages
- Execute risk analyses of computer systems throughout all phases of the system development life cycle using ACAS
- Initiate and manage RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages to ensure compliance with security controls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in the systems security discipline, particularly with Navy Cybersecurity practices
- Must meet or exceed OPNAVINST 5239 requirements to be certified as a Navy Qualified Validator or achieve certification within six months of hire
- Experience in developing RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Security Plans and utilizing ACAS vulnerability scanning
- Proficient with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) tools
- Certification: CompTIA Security+CE and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
