      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage service requests and monitor security controls to detect breaches and coordinate responses
      - Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures, reporting violations and weaknesses to stakeholders
      - Lead or participate in multiple cybersecurity programs, including incident response and data loss prevention
      - Deliver minor projects on time and under budget, effectively communicating with stakeholders
      - Maintain knowledge through training and professional development while contributing to a positive workplace culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-time IT role or 1 year in a full-time Cyber Security role
      - Associate's degree in Computer Science is required
      - At least one professional cybersecurity certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, SANS/GIAC, ISC2)
      - Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred
      - Additional certifications in specialized areas of cybersecurity
      - Experience with governance risk and compliance frameworks
      - Familiarity with service management and incident response processes
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
