What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute activities to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) workstreams and related projects
- Perform risk analyses and remediation requirements, responding to business and client assessment requests
- Conduct research and evaluate threats, risk impacts, and recommended remediation
- Collaborate with business, legal, and IT stakeholders to review and provide security requirements and revisions for contracts
- Assist in the development and delivery of information technology and security awareness training for the workforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in areas related to position responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years of information security work experience
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and security management standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field; or four years of relevant experience
- Experience with cloud-based IT security concepts and risk assessment tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CISA, CISSP, or CRISC certification (or passing of test)
- Experience with Identity and Credential Access Management platforms and tools
- Familiarity with healthcare industry GRC practices
- Strong analytical and consultative skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid remote or in-person team environment
