What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute activities to support GRC workstreams and related projects for security assessments and evaluations
- Conduct risk analyses and document remediation requirements based on assessments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and provide security requirements for contracts and agreements
- Analyze security policy compliance and coordinate necessary interviews and evidence collection
- Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training for the workforce

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field; or four years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security work
- GRC experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks and security management standards such as HIPAA and NIST
- Experience performing risk assessment tasks and using risk assessment tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CISA, CISSP, or CRISC certification (or progress towards certification)
- Experience with cloud-based IT security concepts and solutions
- Familiarity with Identity and Credential Access Management platforms
- Strong analytical and consultative skills
- Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively
