What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist senior team members in the day-to-day operations and monitoring of security infrastructure technologies
- Supervise and respond to cyber security alerts and incidents
- Manage ticket queues and respond to operational incident tickets from the service desk
- Process change requests related to security solutions
- Contribute to the implementation, operation, maintenance, and growth of security solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student studying Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, MIS, or a related degree during the Fall 2025 semester
- Must be able to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) for 6 months
- Strong grasp of basic concepts in at least one technology field (e.g., Networking, Systems Administration)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Server 2012/19)
- Understanding of network security tools such as firewalls and anti-virus software
