What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist senior team members in the day-to-day operations and monitoring of security infrastructure technologies
- Supervise and respond to cybersecurity alerts and incidents
- Manage ticket queues and respond to operational incident tickets from the service desk
- Process change requests related to security operations
- Collaborate with the Cyber Threat Operations and Engineering (CTOE) Team on various projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to work full-time (37.5 hours a week) for 6 months
- Enrollment in a Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, MIS, or related degree program
- Strong foundational knowledge in at least one technology field (e.g., Networking, Systems Administration)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Server 2012/19)
- Understanding of network security tools such as firewalls and antivirus

- Experience with Powershell
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
