What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach, mentor, and advise senior military personnel on technical capabilities and employment techniques
- Assist in the development and implementation of course curriculum and Concepts of Operations (CONOPs)
- Provide training on specialized technical equipment as required
- Design and deliver technical training across various skill levels and complexity
- Conduct and document site surveys and Operations Security (OPSEC) planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph
- At least 6 years of practical experience with technical information collection equipment
- Minimum of 4 years of applied education and training experience teaching adults in the last 10 years
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience conducting federal TSCM or technical surveillance activities in the last 7 years
- Graduate of the Interagency Training Center's Basic Technical Operations (BTOC) course or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Education and Training, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Science, or Physics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Previous experience in a leading Fortune 100 company
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with management, customers, and employees
