What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of study protocols, manuals, and data collection forms
- Develop and implement electronic case report forms (eCRFs) and manage REDCap databases for research studies
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans and reviewing outcomes
- Provide training and support to research staff on data entry, quality control, and reporting
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to translate operational needs into technical solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant area
- Strong technical skills in database management and programming
- Knowledge of research methodologies and data management principles
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced programming skills (e.g., PHP, JavaScript)
- In-depth knowledge of REDCap architecture
- Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
