      Responsibilities:
      - Respond to incident engagements promptly and effectively
      - Utilize ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge to manage incidents and document them accurately
      - Follow escalation process for incidents and create problem records when necessary
      - Document root cause and develop no-repeat plans for assigned problem records
      - Ensure completion of problem tasks
      - Ensure end-users comply with emergency break/fix process for changes
      - Facilitate activities in the event management process

      Analyst II Key Responsibilities:
      - Perform data gathering, analysis, and synthesis to develop cybersecurity solutions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and resolve issues
      - Drive execution of initiatives and projects to meet customer expectations

      Additional Information:
      - This position typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager
      - No direct reports for this position
      - Overnight travel is rarely required (less than 10% of the time)
      - Physical requirements include sitting for most of the time with occasional light lifting or movement
      - Working conditions are generally comfortable indoors with infrequent unpleasant conditions.
