      Job Description:
      - Position: Cybersecurity Analyst Spring 2024 Internship – Remote
      - Work as a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern on the Incident Response Team, gaining hands-on experience in identifying, mitigating, and recovering from cyber threats
      - Collaborate with experts to analyze breaches, develop rapid response strategies, and fortify defenses
      - Gain invaluable skills in crisis management, threat assessment, and teamwork for a dynamic career in cybersecurity

      Internship Details:
      - 12-week internship from January 30th through April 19th, 2024
      - Remote work with virtual opportunities to connect with teams and the potential for travel to headquarters
      - Minimum of 24 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
      - Hourly pay of $30 and a one-time $500 stipend on the first paycheck
      - Free, unlimited travel privileges for interns
      - Required equipment, such as a laptop, will be provided

      Eligibility:
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
      - Must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number
      - Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
      - Progress toward undergraduate or graduate degree in Cyber Security, MIS, Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree

      Responsibilities:
      - Work with business customers to conduct needs analysis and create technical solutions
      - Ensure solutions align with internal tooling, business strategies, and departmental standards
      - Manage timeframes for designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions
      - Serve as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams
      - Participate in systems and acceptance testing

      Qualifications:
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
      - Authorization to work in the United States as a permanent employee without sponsorship
      - Basic knowledge of information security and risk mitigation principles preferred
      - Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm and ServiceNow Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred
      - Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and redesign preferred
      - Fundamental understanding of project management methodologies preferred
      - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization preferred
      - Exposure to Agile methodologies preferred
      - Coursework or experience related to Cyber Security preferred
      - Previous analyst internship experience within the past 12 months preferred
      - Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition preferred
      - Works well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, courteous, and compassionate
      - Quick learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor

      Time Commitment and Pay:
      - Part-Time position requiring a minimum of 24 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
      - Consistent weekly schedule during normal business hours, max 8 hours per day
      - Program Dates: January 30th - April 19th, 2024
      - Hourly pay of $30 with a one-time $500 stipend on the first paycheck
