What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support, administer, troubleshoot, and repair customer issues across various security technologies
- Manage incidents and requests within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Perform health checks for security products and assist with Incident Response engagements
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure security measures are upheld during system changes
- Stay current on IT security trends and recommend enhancements or purchases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with at least three security technologies, such as Cisco Security Products and EDR Platforms
- Knowledge of network protocols, Domain Name System (DNS) technologies, and basic Linux
- Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance for travel
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with security intelligence and hacker methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate change impacts on security
