What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and oversee cybersecurity and compliance efforts across the employer's SaaS business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in cybersecurity are maintained
- Manage SOC2 and ISO compliance processes, ensuring continuous readiness and certification
- Review, update, and improve security and privacy policies in alignment with industry standards
- Act as the subject matter expert in automating evidence collection for audits and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a cybersecurity department manager
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, US privacy laws, and evolving global privacy requirements
- Experience managing SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliance in a SaaS or technology company
- Expertise in audit management, serving as a primary point of contact for external auditors
- Ability to integrate newly acquired teams and systems into existing security and compliance processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
