What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact between security and technical/business teams during acquisitions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and technology teams to coordinate security services during transactions.
- Develop and document secure design patterns for partnerships with strategic alliance partners.
- Create new security playbooks and services focused on business alliances and acquisitions.
- Ensure in-flight acquisitions receive appropriate security services at the right times.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience; Master's Degree with 8 years; PhD with 4 years.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in an information security role, ideally as a Security Architect or Engineer.
- Direct experience in designing solutions related to mergers, acquisitions, and multi-company collaborations.
- Familiarity with various security tools and hands-on exposure to both self-hosted and cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of popular cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and collaboration tools (M365, Slack).

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as GCFE, GCFA, GDSA, GCTI, GCIA, GCDA, GEIR are strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of industry security standards like NIST 800 and ISO 27001.
- Related technical/industry certifications (e.g., SANS, AWS).
