As Cybersecurity Enablement Lead, you will establish an effective Cybersecurity Centre of Enablement to identify opportunities for innovation and collaboration, solve problems, promote efficiency, and support the uplift of security culture across the organisation.
Establish a strong, recognisable Security brand across the group that delivers consistent messaging and a unified approach to security.
Support the implementation of the Bupa security culture strategy through effective content creation, communications, project coordination and stakeholder management.
Utilise technology and media to support the effective roll out of targeted initiatives to advance security culture.
Actively promote strong security behaviours and agile working practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with other Centre of Enablement leads and security leaders to promote consistent and effective security practices across global organisations.
Excellent presentation skills to Committees, Boards and Working Groups.
Deep knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide effective guidance and support to individuals and teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Industry certifications preferred e.g. CIISP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC etc.
You will be working with colleagues from the different Bupa geographies, additional languages (Spanish, Polish, Portuguese or Turkish) would be beneficial.

Cybersecurity Enablement Lead - Group
Contract: Hybrid
Location: London (Angel Court, EC2R 7HJ) - This is hybrid working role which will require travel to other Bupa offices globally in support of achieving Bupa’s objectives.

Salary range: £69,000 D.O.E
Role specific benefits: 10% Bonus

The purpose of this role is to support the Bupa Chief Information Security Officer, Group Head of Risk & Security Culture, and the wider Group Information Security team in gaining strategic alignment across all Market and Business Units to ensure that an effective culture of cybersecurity exists in all areas of the organisation, with a focus on leading a Global Cybersecurity Centre of Enablement.
