What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Cybersecurity Training and Awareness framework tailored to healthcare's unique risks
- Build and execute a dynamic phishing simulation program to enhance employee awareness
- Create multimedia content and conduct large-scale security awareness campaigns
- Ensure training programs align with healthcare regulations and support audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives seamlessly across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field, with a minimum of three years in Cybersecurity training or GRC within healthcare
- BA in Computer Science, Information Security, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience managing phishing simulation programs and security training platforms
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and cybersecurity frameworks, including HIPAA and NIST
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating multimedia content

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of experience in a related field
- Experience in large healthcare systems or regulated industries
- Familiarity with change management strategies during mergers or acquisitions
- Experience with gamified training methods or VR/AR-based security awareness tools
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or GIAC
