What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Cybersecurity Training and Awareness framework tailored to healthcare regulations
- Build and execute a dynamic phishing simulation program to enhance employee awareness and mitigate risks
- Create multimedia content and conduct large-scale security awareness campaigns to engage staff
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure training programs meet healthcare-specific regulations
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and dashboards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity training or Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) within healthcare or similarly regulated industries
- Proven experience managing phishing simulation programs and security training platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and NIST CSF
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences

- Experience in large healthcare systems or regulated industries
- Familiarity with change management strategies during mergers or acquisitions
- Experience with gamified training methods or VR/AR-based security awareness tools
