      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for corporate networks and Program Unique Environments (PUEs)
      - Support internal audit processes for compliance with DFARs cybersecurity requirements and assist in achieving CMMC certification
      - Collaborate with Information System Security Officers (ISSO) to support the Authorization and Accreditation of U.S. government systems
      - Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory standards
      - Promote cybersecurity awareness through training and communication initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity risk and compliance, focusing on DFARs, NIST 800-171, and CMMC
      - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC)
      - Excellent communication skills to convey complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse stakeholders
      - Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and cybersecurity monitoring tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
      - Previous experience in a leading Fortune 100 company
      - Knowledge of cybersecurity tools for monitoring and compliance tracking
      - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
      - Experience in training and promoting cybersecurity best practices among employees
