What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the deployment and maintenance of IT and IT security tools and systems
- Troubleshoot and remediate vulnerabilities on Windows and Linux systems
- Maintain internal engineering documentation and contribute to process optimization
- Serve as the technical interface for customers regarding Cyber Defense tools
- Provide on-call and after-hours support as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a large enterprise with a change management focused environment
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related role
- Strong understanding of various Linux and Windows server operating systems
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices for hardening systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ansible for automation of tasks
- Familiarity with deploying/managing Java/Tomcat and .NET applications in clustered environments
- Ability to read and understand packet captures
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management
- Knowledge of network and firewall principles
