      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve forecasted sales goals while maintaining acceptable gross profit levels
      - Plan and execute sales activities to ensure sales growth objectives are met
      - Demonstrate the features and benefits of company instrumentation to customers
      - Provide forecasts, reports, and marketing intelligence to supervisors and team members
      - Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or higher (life sciences preferred)
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in selling capital equipment in the life sciences sector
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the US
      - Ability to manage time, activities, and expenses effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the flow cytometry marketplace
      - Experience with capital equipment sales in academic, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
