      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for direct consumers, advocating for brand and consumer loyalty
      - Qualify consumers and close sales through various engagement channels including phone, email, and chat
      - Drive departmental revenue goals by suggestively selling major appliances and related products
      - Document standard operating procedures for the consumer journey and share successful selling techniques with colleagues
      - Provide knowledgeable answers to consumer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in customer service within a contact center environment
      - Minimum 1 year of experience with consumer goods sales
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); PowerPoint experience is a plus
      - Ability to navigate multiple applications and adapt to ongoing changes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Three (3) or more years of experience in sales, eCommerce, and customer service within a contact center
      - Experience with back-office functions
